A Bib Gourmand for the good welcome in Juvigny

Gaëtan Crespin is young talent Graindorge

The 28-year-old chef, who has been living in Juvigny-sous-Andaine for more than a year, won the “Young Talent Graindorge” award on Monday at the cheese factory of the same name.

Cette récompense, mise en place pour défendre la place des fromages normands dans les restaurants de la région a aussi distingué quatre autres chefs hauts et bas-normands (lire page 6).

This award, set up to defend the place of Norman cheeses in the region’s restaurants, also distinguished four other Haute and Lower Normandy chefs (see page 6)

This is the third distinction in a year for the young professional whose cuisine has already been recognized as Young Talent from the Gault et Millau Guide and a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide
